  • We ship only in the United States and it's FREE for all orders over $49.99 US (The $ 49.99 total is calculated AFTER any promotion or coupon deductions).
  • Processing time: within 24 hours after we receive the order.
  • Delivery time: 4-7 days upon your location. 


Returns Policy

 

We guarantee each fragrance to be 100% authentic fragrance decanted from the original bottle, however, we cannot guarantee your satisfaction regarding the scent itself. Therefore, to ensure zero product tampering and to guarantee each product shipped is authentic, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are considered final.

 

Please be advised that defective items and/or damaged products can be returned for a replacement if we are notified within 48 hours of delivery. The item (s) must to be unopened and still in its original packaging. Additionally, we will also process an exchange for manufacturing defects.

All returns must be notified by sending an email to info@crazelink.com. You will receive a response within 24 business hours.

 

Please Note:

 

We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender".

 

Exchanges will be sent to the same address that was originally used.

If you need to return an item, please contact us at info@crazelink.com with the receipt #, your name, a brief explanation of the issue and all additional details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions about how to return your purchase.

If the products delivered have defects, please kindly notify CRAZE LINK within 48 hours upon delivery providing pictures of the defect item to info@crazelink.com.

We will email you a prepaid shipping label with the return instructions. You don’t need to pay anything for the return shipping.

If we sent you the wrong item or you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@crazelink.com we can correct the problem immediately at our expense.

Please, remember to accompany the original sales receipt with your return. Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method.

Once your return is received and inspected by our Sales team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Typically, when we process a refund for any reason it takes the refund 5-10 business days to post to your account. You can usually see this credit on your bank statement within 10 business days of the refund being issued.
